De NVGTK is uitgenodigd deel te nemen aan de workshop on Bilateral Remittance Corridor Studies, “Sending Remittances from the Netherlands: Facilitating Efficient, Secure and Formal Flows”. De workshop wordt georganiseerd door het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken en heeft de volgende doelstelling:
The purpose of the workshop is to follow up on the set of
recommendations made in “the Netherlands-Afghanistan Remittance Corridor Study” report published in March 2010 in, “the Netherlands-Morocco Remittance Corridor Study” report published in October 2006 and the “the Netherlands-Suriname Remittance Corridor Study” report published in
September 2006. The recommendations in the report were made with a view to facilitating efficient, secure, safe, and formal remittance transfers from the Netherlands to Afghanistan, Morocco and Suriname.
